Monday - Wednesday (no girlies til Thursday morning)
5:30-6:00: yoga
6:00-6:30: HIIT workout
6:30-7:40: run!!!!

5:30-6:00: yoga

7:10-8:00: run!!!!
Friday
5:30-6:00: yoga
6:00-6:30: HIIT workout
7:10-8:00: spinning
Saturday
12 mile run
