This morning's green smoothie was delicious.
1c spinach
1/4c broccoli sprouts (yes, I grew these, yes they are super good for you)
1c blueberries
1/2c almond milk (yes, I totally made this too!)
1 scoop isolate protein powder
3T ground flax
1T almond butter
1T unsweetened cocoa powder
(437 calories, totally delicious!!!)
Woo hoo!!!!!
