Habit #4: Be Present

The sad thing about this is as I'm reading this, I'm sitting in a room with five children, three adults and we are all on either iPads, our phones or checked out watching TV. I do need to be more involved in the moment. We all do. With my running, I need to listen to my body. My goals have become more important than my what my body is telling me.
